What you’ll be doing in this role Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product Act as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes
