Skytree is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering to lead the radical simplification and scaling of their core DAC technology. This role involves architecting standardized, modular, and "plug-and-play" Balance of Plant (BoP) solutions, ensuring customer delight and bankability by owning engineering authority, executing FEL studies, and driving standardization. Candidates should possess an M.Sc. in Chemical or Process Engineering (preferably CEng/PE status) and 10+ years of experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, or Renewables, with strong expertise in EPC strategy, hands-on design, and industrial standards.
