OLIX is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team of 6 engineers responsible for the frontend of the Optical Tensor Processing Unit (OTPU) compiler stack. This role involves owning and delivering the frontend compiler roadmap, building a high-performance culture, and fostering technical excellence. Candidates should have proven engineering leadership, deep technical experience with frontend ML compilers (MLIR, Shardy, TOSA, Linalg), and a track record of coaching and developing engineers.
