The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech environment, demonstrating a strong track record of driving customer retention. The role emphasizes excellent communication skills, a high EQ, and comfort with a fast-paced, data-driven environment, along with a requirement to be in the office 5 days a week and engage with clients on-site.
