As a Visual & Motion Designer, you are a key guardian of Vandebron’s visual identity. You create consistent, high-quality brand and performance visuals across all digital and print touchpoints, ensuring our brand is instantly recognizable and effective - whether someone sees us in a paid social ad, on our website, or at a live event. This is a hands-on role where brand, performance, and design come together. While the foundation is a strong and established brand system, visual and motion design with short-form video, play a crucial role in driving performance across digital channels. You know when to optimize for results and when to protect the brand - and how to balance both. You thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple requests with structure and reliability, while proactively exploring creative opportunities within (and sometimes beyond) our design system.
