As Team Lead Special Care, you'll lead the team responsible for financial processing and supporting clients in vulnerable situations. You'll spend most of your time (80%+) coaching and managing six permanent and two flexible Special Care employees. Together with the Special Care Manager, you'll share HR responsibility for your team. You'll also be a content specialist: you'll analyze complex processes such as debt collection, debt counseling, and payment plans, identify structural bottlenecks, and actively contribute to sustainable improvements. This way, you'll combine people-focused leadership with safeguarding Vandebron's financial health—with direct social impact.
