We’re looking for a **Founding Product Designer** to join the team. As our first design hire, you’ll take complete ownership of understanding and shaping how users interact with our products, collaborating closely with the whole team to shape a world-class experience for our users. You’ll think strategically, tactically and aesthetically about the user experience of interacting with Jack & Jill. You’ll consider the wide surface area of our products - users interact with Jack & Jill through voice and audio, as well as via written & visual mediums. Today’s AI technology affords us an entirely new interface for how people find their dream job - as such this is an entirely new kind of product. You’ll be a deeply empathetic, first principles thinker, shaping how agentic AI systems interact with humans to effectively optimise for the best experience possible. While this is an IC role - it is by no means a junior role. We’re looking for someone with deep experience and gravitas to be a leader in the business and own the problem space. We believe the compensation offered reflects this.
